Twenty-Two Apartments and a Common Room — including 5 wheel chair apartments

This brand new secure four story twenty-two apartment building is designed for seniors. Secure building means entrance doors are locked and controlled as to who enters the building. Our concept to create an apartment building for seniors was started with our many years of experience building homes and apartments for different needs. While we were designing this building we took into account that a seniors building should have its own identity. It should be a place which seniors can call home and feel free and at ease while enjoying the comfort of responsible living. This four level apartment building have an elevator allowing access to all apartments easy and stress free, we also have a live-in superintendent.

All 100% Barrier Free apartments are on the 1st floor for comfortable living. All other apartments on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor are designed also for easy living. The outside has ample parking on both sides of the building and it is included in the rent. There is plenty of visitor parking made available. We have designed the apartment site to have green space (lawn and gardens) so tenants can enjoy the outside.

We have designed this building keeping in mind the needs of our seniors and to provide a comfortable place to reside. This secure four storey building, twenty-two apartment units has an elevator for the (4) floors, storage areas on each floor, sprinkler systems through out the building for fire safety, large corridors, a large common room for the tenants use and an inside room for garbage storage. Extra care has been taken to soundproof each apartment walls-floors-ceiling to make this building more private. The five ground floor apartments are designed for full handicap service and as for the 2nd — 3rd — 4th floor level apartments are build for partial service. The increased Insulation Value (to R-32) of the exterior walls will help control the inside comfort.
